The National Institute of Cinematography and Radioelectricity (INRACI) is a Francophone Belgian school of cinema, photography and electronics company in Brussels on the town of Forest in the vicinity of the Duden Park, Park Forest and Albert Square. It is the oldest film school in Belgium, founded by documentary filmmaker Belgian Henri Storck.

The term « INRACI » designates two different entities that share some of their buildings and facilities: the section of upper secondary and higher education section in the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles Ilya Prigogine (Prigogine HELB). This article focuses on the second entity.
